Blue Knights Volleyball Finish Great Season with loss to Bismark State, Finish tied for Third in Region XIII

The Blue Knights finished there great season on Saturday with a loss to Bismark State in 4 sets (13-25, 25-22, 17-25, 17-25). 

The Knights struggled to find their game and just couldn't find momentum. The Knights were led by Mackenna Johnson who had 12 kills. Sam Carr added 7 kills. Haily Dabrowski had 29 digs, and Anika Weber had 21 digs.

The Knights finished their season with an impressive 20-10 record and marked the best season to date for head coach Jen Bowman.

"I am really proud of our team. We battled this year and made some major improvements. We battled and competed with every team we played. I am so thankful for our sophomores who did whatever we asked of them. Their leadership and efforts won't be forgotten. They have given so much in their time at DCTC and I know they have bright futures ahead. I am also thrilled with our freshman. They played crucial roles on the court this year, and improved every time they stepped on the court, whether in practice or in matches. They will lead the way for us next year and continue to do great things for DCTC volleyball."
