Blue Knights Volleyball Goes 1-1 on Weekend

The Blue Knights volleyball team went 1-1 on the road Sunday at Lake Region. The first match, the Knights struggled to perform and couldn't find any rhythm. The Knights lost to Lake Region in 3 sets (16-25, 18-25, 16-25).

Mackenna Johnson led the team with 9 kills and 10 digs and 1 ace. Lexi Wendland added 6 kills. 

The second match, the Knights rebounded and played much better. They beat Dakota College at Bottineau in 3 straight sets. (25-17, 25-18, 25-18). The team had 14 total blocks and 49 digs. Mackenna led the team once again with 12 kills and 2 blocks. Haily Dabrowski led the defense with 9 digs. Lexi had her first triple- double of the season with 10 kills, 12 assists, and 10 digs.

The Knights take on St. Cloud Tech and Community College at home on Wednesday night, at 6:30pm.
