The Blue Knights Volleyball Team Goes 0-2  on the road

 

The Blue Knight volleyball struggled on the road this past week falling to NDSCS in 3 sets and Gustavus JV in 3 sets. 

 

They played an intense and competitive match against the Wildcats, but struggled with unforced errors and consistency. Freshman Mackenna Johnson led the Blue Knights with 13 kills and .357 hitting %. Lexi Wendland added 10 kills. Haily Dabrowski had a really good match and led the team with 19 digs.

 

The Blue Knights played Gustavus JV on the road Thursday, September 6th and struggled to find any momentum and consistency. Haily led the defensive effort with 14 digs.

 

The Knights are hoping to make some adjustments and improvements before their tournament at Anoka Ramsey on Saturday, where they will play 3 matches. They will face Rainy River CC at 9am, Hibbing CC at 11am, and Itasca CC at 2:30pm.

 

The team returns home 2 more home matches on Friday, September 14th with matches against Mesabi Range CC at 3pm, and Oak Hills Christian CC at 7pm.
