Dakota County Technical College Welcomes Kimberly Torres

DCTC Women's Soccer announces the signing of Kimberly Torres.  Kimberly will be joining the DCTC Women's Soccer team in the fall from Richfield High School.  Kimberly will bring excellent ball skills and the ability to score goals to the Blue Knights.
