The Blue Knights athletic department has announced the signing of three softball players set to attend DCTC in the fall of 2020! Spenser Mohr (Fargo, North Dakota), Madelyn Vargo (Mayer, Minnesota) and Lillian Barnes (Lonsdale, Minnesota) have all sign letters of intent to play for the Blue Knights!
Spenser Mohr is a catcher/outfielder who plays at Fargo Davies High School and the SD Renegades. Her parents are Bryan and Melissa Mohr. She will study Exercise Science program at DCTC. "Spenser is a well-rounded player that gives us depth and will push to play right away! She is a solid committed player!" Tom Cross - DCTC Softball
Madelyn Vargo comes to the Blue Knights from Watertown Mayer High School and the Minnesota Twisters. She plays 2nd base but also has the ability to play anywhere. Madelyn is a two time All Conference player and a 2019 All Section player. Her parents are Martin and Nancy Vargo. Madelyn will major in Individual Studies at DCTC. "Madelyn is a really good player! Lillian Barnes hometown is Lonsdale, Minnesota. She plays centerfield for the TCU Titans. Her parents are Stephanie Wellentin and Cody Barnes. Lillian will be studying Practical Nursing at DCTC. "Lillian fits a real need for us in centerfield! She will be a solid teammate and add a lot to our team!" Tom Cross - DCTC Softball.
