Basketball Opens with 2 Wins

In the season opener DCTC defeated host NIACC 91-80.  Four players scored in double figures.  Kit Peipkorn led all scorers with 25 points.  Jerimiah Coddon and Adreon Wadlington each scored 19 points.  Cody Sticha added 10 points in the win.

On Saturday DCTC defeated Ellsworth 74-67.  Jerimiah Coddon had 27 points.  Kit Piepkorn contributed 13 points. 

DCTC hosts Bismarck State and United Tribes of North Dakota next weekend in the Microtel Classic.  Game times are 8pm Friday and 3pm Saturday.
