Dakota County Technical College Basketball team takes home individual awards.

Adreon Wadlington has been named an All-American. The freshman was also named the Region XIII Most Valuable Player for 2016-2017.Freshman, Cole Murray was also named to the All-Region team and first year head coach at DCTC Kelly Boe was named Coach of the year.

The National Junior College Athletic Association announced its All-American selections in early April. Wadlington was named a third team All-American for the 2016-2017 season. All-America selections are made by the NJCAA Division II Basketball Committee.
