The Blue Knights won 82-62 over Gogebic CC in the Region 13 East Sub-Region game. DCTC beat the Samsons with a balanced scoring attack and a big scoring run midway through the 2nd half.  Joey Johnson lead the Blue Knights from off the bench with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Cole Murray also had a double double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Other key contributors in the win were Adreon Wadlington with 15 points, 7 assists, and 5 steals; Termaine Daniels had 11 points and 9 assists; Martez Rodgers added 14 points.

The Blue Knights will host the Region 13 Championship game at 2 pm on Sunday March 5th at the Inver Hills Community College campus. They will play the winner of the West Sub-Region, United Tribes Technical College. UTTC defeated Dakota College at Bottineau 91-89 in the sub-region game.
