#13 Southeastern CC 5 DCTC 1

The Blue Knights took lead early, but fell behind and couldn't come back in a 5-1 loss to Southeastern CC on Sunday. DCTC took the lead in the top of the first with a Henry Laue single to right to score Parker Savard. Southeastern CC knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning.  Southeastern CC pulled away with a run in the second inning three runs in the fourth inning. Tanner Berwald took the loss for the Blue Knights. He lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing seven hits and five runs while striking out one. Caleb Ditmarson came in to give the Blue Knights scoreless relief for the final two and a third innings. Savard went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead DCTC in hits.

DCTC 3 Mott CC 1

The Blue Knights took the lead late and defeated Mott CC 3-1 on Sunday. The game was tied at one with Blue Knights batting in the top of the sixth when Carter Wendlandt singled to left to score Trent Fredenburg. The pitching was strong on both sides. Blue Knights pitchers struck out five, while Mott CC pitchers sat down nine. DCTC got on the board in the second inning. Jonah Lewis drew a walk, scoring a run. Mott CC knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the third inning, when N. Densmore tripled to scoring a run. Conor Merton was credited with the victory for the Blue Knights. He allowed three hits and one run over five innings, striking out one. Jack Stoddard threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Stoddard recorded the last six outs to earn the save for the Blue Knights. Fredenburg, Laue, and Wendlandt each collected hits.
