The Blue Knights enjoyed their early morning at US Bank Stadium with a sweep of Hamline JV 7-4, 14-1.
Game 1
- The Blue Knights defeated Hamline JV 7-4 on Tuesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three with the Blue Knights batting in the top of the fifth when Josiris DelOrbe Martinez singled off of Jenkins, driving in one run.
- DDCTC earned the victory despite allowing Hamline JV to score three runs in the third inning. Hamline JV's big inning was driven by a single by Deuilen and a single by Brick.
- The Blue Knights knotted the game up at three in the top of the fourth inning. An error scored one run for the Blue Knights .
- Joel Virshek earned the win for the Blue Knights. He tossed five innings, allowing four runs, eight hits, and striking out seven. Mason Hegenbart recorded the last six outs to earn the save.
- DCTC had nine hits in the game. Josiris DelOrbe Martinez and Anthony Bobrowski each collected multiple hits. DelOrbe Martinez led DCTC with three hits in four at bats.
Game 2
- An early lead helped DCTC defeat Hamline JV 14-1 on Tuesday. Dakota County Technical College Blue Knights scored on a single by Josiris DelOrbe Martinez, a walk by Nolan Baier, a single by Anthony Bobrowski, a single by Brock Woodruff, and a wild pitch by Travis Schmidt in the first inning.
- The Blue Knights took an early lead in the first inning. Josiris DelOrbe Martinez drove in one when he singled in the first inning.
- Bryndyn Shipquist earned the win for the Blue Knights . He threw five innings, giving up one run, five hits, striking out five, and walking one.
- Nolan Baier, Brock Woodruff, and Anthony Bobrowski each drove in two runs to lead DCTC.
