DCTC 4 Rainy River 0

The Blue Knights defeated Rainy River CC 4-0 on Saturday night as Conor Merton and Devon Schewe combined to throw a shutout. Schewe struck out William Bess to finish off the game. The Blue Knights opened up scoring in the first inning. Brady Klehr hit a solo homer. Merton pitched DCTC to victory. He lasted five innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out four and walking one. Schewe threw two innings in relief with four strikeouts out of the bullpen. Blue Knights hit one home run on the day. Klehr had a homer in the first inning. DCTC collected seven hits on the day. Mitch Goodwin and Parker Savard each managed multiple hits for the Blue Knights. Goodwin finished with 2 doubles.

DCTC 8 Rainy River 2

Blue Knights had everything working early Sunday morning, winning big over Rainy River CC 8-2. DCTC opened up scoring in the first inning. Tommy Blackstone's sac fly a run for the Blue Knights.

DCTC put up four runs in the seventh inning. The rally was led by a single by Blackstone, a RBI groundout by Parker Savard, and a fielder's choice by Carter Chell.  Logan Sjoberg was the winning pitcher for the Blue Knights. He surrendered zero runs on three hits over five innings, striking out five and walking one. Teddy Tauer threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Ben Goelz went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead DCTC in hits. Goodwin, Cody Greve, and Savard led the Blue Knights with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.
